With 24-Hour Alarm System Monitoring, if an alarm condition is detected the 3rd party monitoring company will:
Ø automatically contact the property owner or your designated contact;
Ø will determine the type of problem detected and will notify local
Police and/or Fire Department, if necessary;
Ø a Safe and Sound Property Managers technician will visit the property
and verify all conditions are returned to normal if requested;
Ø you will be notified
of the nature of the alarm, any actions that Safe
& Sound
Property Managers took, and informed of any corrective measures required. |
